"The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows." -Sydney J. Harris
After careful consideration, the Rowan County Literacy Council has made the decision to close the administrative office for the week of March 16th-March 20th.
As of Saturday, March 14th, the Rowan Public Library remains open with study rooms available for one-on-one pairs only; however, we encourage tutors to either postpone sessions or find an alternative method of study. If you and your student are able,Skype, FaceTime, or phone sessions may be a good temporary solution.
For tutors in the schools, no tutoring will take place the week of March 16th-March 20th. We will update you with developments from Rowan-Salisbury Schools and Rowan Public Library as they are made available.
