Who is the ESL program designed for?
The English as a Second Language (ESL) program is designed for adults whose native language is not English and who are immigrants/refugees from other countries.
What areas of focus does the ESL program provide?
Oral and written English language literacy skills necessary for basic survival, work and social needs.
